Ms Hall is a public servant in Darwin. She is an Indigenous Territorian and speaks a number of languages; Kungarakany is her mother tongue and Kriol in Aboriginal and Torres Strait. She has extensive experience in Indigenous affairs, nationally and internationally – having worked in the UN and been involved in developing Nations and First Nation Affairs issues and ideas – and has a background in health and medical research as well as experience on governing boards, working parties, committees and volunteer groups.
