The family farm is the mainstay of the agricultural landscape and to celebrate this, The Land has launched its Land Generation photographic competition.
The aim is to feature, through your photographic entries, the multiple generations living and working together on the farm.
Those who enter will be in for a chance to win in $3047 total worth of prizes, including an Optus Satellite Satsleeve (valued at $888); a Goodwoods oilskin (valued at $69.95), a single swag (valued at $139.95) and a property sign made by Signs and Screens (valued at $450).
Bigger Boyz Toyz is providing the feature prize, a Bigger Boyz Toyz chainsaw (valued at $1499). This 75cc chainsaw includes a genuine Oregon chain and 24 inch bar. It also includes a zero dust air filter, 12-month parts warranty, bar cover, a tool kit and fuel bottle.
The chainsaw will go to the winner of the best photo, to be judged by our readers from eight finalists to be selected by The Land.
Second placed photo will take home the Optus Satsleeve, and third will win the Signs and Screens property sign.
The Goodwoods oilskin and single swag will go to two lucky readers, drawn from those votes submitted using the voting coupons, which will appear in the March 2 issue of The Land.
