Affiliations
Australia has seen the emergence and consolidation in recent years of a new breed of exceptional luxury properties. In 2010, a number of these properties, including qualia, joined forces to showcase Australia’s unique style of sophisticated, experiential luxury and Luxury Lodges of Australia was formed.
A member-owned marketing association, Luxury Lodges of Australia’s aim is to promote, both domestically and internationally, the collection of independent, high-end luxury lodges offering unforgettable experiences in some of Australia’s most inspiring locations, including qualia, located in the heart of the Whitsundays and at the edge of the Great Barrier Reef.
The Luxury Lodges of Australia range from wilderness lodges to vineyard retreats and dining destinations; island hideaways to luxe outback camps. All are operated to be the ‘best’ in sharing their unique region with their guests.
