Reporting to Parliament
The Ombudsman is an officer of the Victorian Parliament and reports directly to it.
Each year the Ombudsman produces an annual report for the Parliament and throughout the year may table reports on investigations she undertakes or other matters in the public interest relating to the exercise of her functions.
