With the café’s exterior decorated in a swirling pattern of abstract eyes and hazy shades of purple, it’s certainly hard to miss. Bellagio bakes all its bread products in-house, making it the perfect destination for a patisserie-style breakfast. The pastries are to die for, with plenty of fresh croissants, scrolls, Danishes, scones and friands to choose from. THE HILL EATERY (North Bondi)
For something a little bit fancy, head to The Hill Eatery in Bondi. Rustic, earthy and organic, many of the fresh ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and although the dishes may be a little pricier than your average breakfast joint, they’re definitely worth it! Try avocado smash, complete with mexican flair, or for something sweet, try the panikeke, an island pancake with banana, blueberries, ricotta and coconut.

THREE BLUE DUCKS (Bronte)
Just up the hill from Bronte Beach sits the Three Blue Ducks. The café’s interior is decorated with an eclectic colour scheme and graffiti wall, with low hanging lamps and wooden furniture, along with an adjoining laneway.
