Very happy with Cygnetics IT Solutions service. We would have no hesitation in recommending their IT services. We had continual IT problems with our medical programme and this was sorted out within a few days by Cygnetics. Reliable, friendly , professional service and absolute value for money.

One of the best service experiences we've had. Called at 5:30pm, technician (Sheeraz) was onsite by 6:30pm, worked on the system for an hour onsite. The system needed further work so he took the system home and agreed to sms late into the night as he continued to work on the issue. Sheeraz text m... One of the best service experiences we've had. The system needed further work so he took the system home and agreed to sms late into the night as he continued to work on the issue. Sheeraz text me back when the work was complete (1:00am - which we agreed was ok that late). PC dropped back to us the following day - wow! The three other shops I called/went to wanted the system for a week just to diagnose it - having the system back within 24 hours, awesome! Highly recommended!

Lots of stories but a common one is people forget that they have hierarchy tree in my computer and they ring me to find out what happened to their computer and why cannot they see their drives and networks on the lift side menu computer explorer.

Freedom of time and meeting different people from different social background and various professional background. some are funny and hilarious while other talk to the point and want the job completed quickly as possible which inspires me and lead me to focus on my problem solving skills and finish the job quickly as possible and make my customers happy.

Depending on the problem but basic question like, When did the problem start and What were you doing on your machine before it started? Have you ever experienced this issue before? Question like these help me grasp the general idea of what the problem could be with their system/network.
