What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

All out staff have had over 5 years experience minimum and all have been Professionally Trained throughout the years in the removal industry to specialise in Packing/Unpacking for any job including International, Loading/Unloading containers, Handling Furniture, Customer Relations, Road Transportation and Logistics all to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest quality standards possible in the industry.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Clients are able to save money before we arrival based on these 3 simple tips. Tip #1: Dismantle all items that need to be for safe handling and transportation. EG: Beds, Duchess/Dresser Mirrors, Buffet Hutches/Two Piece Units etc Tip #2: Ensure all vehicles are away from the property and that any branches are trimmed or obstacles are moved, so that there is a clear path for both the furniture and truck/s. EG: Parked down the road out the front of a neighbours house to allow sufficient space for the vehicle or vehicles to pull up. Tip #3: One of the most important ones is of corse making sure that all household effects have been packed into boxes and that all Buffets, Sideboards, Draws etc are empty ready to be moves. It's not always a good idea to stack the boxes etc in one room as this causes congestion if having to invent and sticker etc item for interstate. Ensure no boxes are left in the pathway for furniture to come through.

We have experience in any type of relocation service required, from local to country moves and even business relocations. We manly are associated in interstate relocations with our weekly services to Sydney, but can handle any relocation requirement needed.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our services within Western Australia and charged based on an hourly rate with a fixed 30min return to depot charge. We offer a 10% discount to pension card holders and will beat any competitors price by and further %10.

We are full insured to give you peace of mind whilst we handle your precious belongings. You'll think we're crazy with the services we offer for the low prices we charge.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Some of the things that help us to provide you with a great price are total amounts of items required to pack/relocate, distances travelled between properties and any access issues at both collection and delivery addresses.
