Great moving experience with Viktor. He was a little late due to traffic but kept us informed at all times, so no big deal. Him and his crew was efficient and worked without stopping for 6 hours. We had furniture to move from 2 pickup locations (a 2 bed townhouse and apartment) and this was no problem for Viktor. Care was taken with all our furniture and made the move much less stressful for us. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hard working removalist that delivers what they say, without any nasty surprises

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
Hire us because we are affordable and we provide good quality service. We always work quickly taking great care of our customers' goods and providing a free wrapping service during the move.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
We have a year of expertise and experience in the removals industry. We work according to health and safety requirements. We are in a good physical condition which is important when you move large items.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialize in 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom houses and apartments, though we also manage 3 to 4-bedroom moves as well. We also do small student moves and pick up services from IKEA Graysonline.

How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge an hourly rate of $75 per hour plus $40 call out fee for two persons and a truck. Free shrink wrapping and free bubble wrapping are provided. We do not have any hidden fees and extra charges.

What makes your pricing competitive?
Our price is competitive because we do not charge extra for wrapping your belongings and our hourly rate is more affordable than competitors can offer. Our pricing scheme is transparent. When we say there are no additional charges or hidden costs it is because there aren't any. No nasty surprises from us!

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1. Label your boxes in addition to labeling what’s in your boxes, add which rooms they’ll be going into, as well. 2. Remember to defrost your refrigerator at least a day before moving and wipe up any liquids. 3. Prepare a parking space for the truck, it will save time and money.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to know if access is via street or lift, as it affects the time needed to finish the move. We also need to know how much furniture we need to disassemble. Any other information is also welcome as it helps to provide a more accurate quote.

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Every member of the V-move team has had a recent, clear Australian police check conducted. We are honest, reliable and want to do a job in the fastest and safest manner possible. Every move is supervised by a senior removalist who ensures that the move is timely and efficient

What do you like most about your job?
The most thrilling thing about this job is that each move is unique: we meet different customers, living in different kinds of residences and so we face different challenges, such as putting a 3-seater couch through doors without scratches. This makes the job exciting and keeps us on our toes- not to mention keeping us sharp and alert!

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
How long will it take? It depends on the distance to move, access to the residences, and other factors but a usually 2 bedroom house/apartment job to finish takes 3.5 to 6 hours. Do you have any hidden costs? Absolutely not. Should we arrange parking for you? It isn't mandatory but if can arrange the parking as it helps to do the job quicker making it cheaper for yourself.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I was working for another removals company, but after a while I decided to start my own business because I could see ways in which to speed up the removals process and provide better customer service than my former employer.
