How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge on an hourly rate system where you only pay for the time you have used. All of our relocations are charged to and from the closest depot points to your properties. For your convenience, we have depots all throughout Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

What makes your pricing competitive?
At MetroMovers, we believe in a pricing system that is fair to our customers. Our hourly rate pricing system means customers only pay for the true time the team is working and our depot charges are predetermined via the Google mapping system.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
We need to know the volume of home contents that needs to be moved. So whether that is how many bedrooms your home is or a list of items, we can provide a quote for you. We also need to know the access of the uplift address and delivery address so if its ground level or has stairs or lift.

We often get asked, how long is my move going to take? There is no definitive answer as every home and move is different. The duration of your move depends on how prepared you are, the access at both properties, how much content there is to move and the level of service required from the movers.
