Promt response to add on Oneflare. Just needed some leaking taps fixed but I was unable to repair because the taps were corroded. No call out fee because I lived nearby. Changed two leaking taps in 10 min. Carried his own stock so I didn't need to go out to by new taps. Turned on water mains ... Promt response to add on Oneflare. Carried his own stock so I didn't need to go out to by new taps. Turned on water mains and checked taps worked before he left. Was professional. Will use APR plumbing again if I need a plumber and will recommend to friends.

Had a text from Paul before 7 a.m. the next day, he was at my house and had the job done within the hour. Paul was personable, professional and a pleasure to do business with. When I need a... When I need a plumber again, I'll be calling APR.

Scheduled us asap which was good. Agreed on price including certificate of compliance for an extra $50. Stove install was straight forward. Heater install was amaturish. The bracket was placed on a stud with one screw bolt and this meant that the gas hose could not be covered by the wall an... Scheduled us asap which was good. Agreed on price including certificate of compliance for an extra $50. Stove install was straight forward. Heater install was amaturish. The bracket was placed on a stud with one screw bolt and this meant that the gas hose could not be covered by the wall and was left exposed . Very poor install which I had to move myself. He made up an excuse and did not supply the certificate of compliance as agreed and left our hot water and ducted heater pilot lights unlit. Unfortunately my wife paid him. Would not use this company again.
