About Royalty Interiors

5 Oneflare jobs completed

I'm a QUALIFIED WALL and CEILING FIXER and specialize in all aspects of the trade. I have had many years of experience working on large Commercial Buildings Sites. Some of these include Fiona Staney Hospital, St John of God Hospital, Midland Hospital, District Law courts, IKEA, Next Generation Kings Park and Cbus.
Producing quality work to Australian standards was, is and always will be second nature to myself, it's the only way I know!
I do not take shortcuts and produce any dodgy work trying to make a quick buck. I am yet to receive a call back due to faulty work and want to keep it that way!
I have public liability, insured and as already mentioned I am fully qualified.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I strongly believe reputation and word of mouth is the key to success, so I always make sure the customer is happy and I know the job is of high quality. I've never received a call back for faulty work or had any negative feedback. I believe that dodgy work only get you so far, so I'm after long term success,

  • What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

As a qualified Wall and Ceiling Fixer, I have gained plenty of experience from working on Perth's largest constructions sites (which include Fiona Stanley Hospital, District Law Courts, St John of God, Ikea and more). As a result, I've learned the correct way and always keep to Australian standards.

  • Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I work in a variety of aspects within my trade of industry, which includes the following: wall and ceiling repairs and renovations, shops and office fitouts, sagging/water damaged ceilings, patches of all sizes, cornice, skirting and bulkheads, laminate flooring, as well as painting.

  • How do you normally charge for your service?

Generally, I calculate the costs of materials, then I'll work out how many days the job will take me to complete. I always make sure I allow enough time to be able to provide a quality finish but at the same time a fair price for both the customer and myself.

  • What makes your pricing competitive?

The reason why I am reasonably competitive with pricing and yet still able to provide a more quality finish is because of how extremely organized I am; after all, time is money! I work smart, fast and rarely make mistakes.

  • Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

Every tradesman is going to say they're the best to try and win the job, it's common sense isn't it? The difference is I have the skills and confidence to back it up. Depending on the job type I can offer demonstrations when I come for a quote. Additionally, I can provide signed workmanship warranties.

  • How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Obviously it depends on the job type. If quality isn't a priority for the customer then I can save time and drop the price. It's important to clear work areas of any furniture and putting down floor protection. It also helps if a customer can sand because it is both time and cost effective.

  • What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When providing a quote for a customer, I generally ask the following questions: Are you looking for the cheapest possible price, or do you prefer to pay for a top quality job? Will the job be on rental property or on their own home? If contacting a customer over the phone, I will usually request photos, job dimensions and/or any other relevant information to be able to give a more accurate price.

  • Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I am fully insured and have public liability. I also guarantee my work and can provide a workmanship warranty.

  • What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

My goal is to build and maintain a business with an outstanding reputation, so when customers see my name they already know they can trust me to get the job done properly first time.

  • What questions do customers most commonly ask you and what is your answer?

In general my customers don't usually have too much to ask as I tell them everything they need to know. They may respond with "when are you free?"

  • What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

If a customer is asking too many questions, it means I am not doing my job correctly. They shall show me what they want to be done and I should be giving them all the information they need which then they can decide if I am the right person for the job.

  • What do you like most about your job?

I am motivated and determined to succeed. It is a great feeling to know that I could and so far have achieved something that others may think I couldn't.

  • Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I once did a job for an old lady in North Perth and everyday she would cook me meals and we would eat together. Then one day the old lady needed a few groceries for our lunch so I took her don't to the local Woolworth's and we went shopping together.

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I didn't decide to get into this line of work, I was offered a job many years ago and I accepted it, now I am reaping the rewards. I believe in destiny.
