Rocky is very professional to deal with and keeps you updated regarding al aspects of the project. He certainly has the attention to detail which is currently often lacking in this industry.

Rocky was great to deal with for the design of our new office. He listened to what we wanted (which I think might have been a bit frustrating from a design perspective seeing as we are boring accountants), worked within our scope of work required and within our budget. I would have no hesita... Rocky was great to deal with for the design of our new office. Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
At NRG INTERIORS, you deal with a business and property owner. Therefore, I think like you, a business or property owner. Having completed many commercial and residential projects over the last 25 years, we are available for any sized project (small or large) on a fixed fee or on a casual hourly basis.

How do you normally charge for your service?
We charge either by hourly rate or fixed fee, depending on the scope and size of the project, and what the client prefers. For registered businesses, our fees are tax deductible.

What makes your pricing competitive?
Our fees and hourly charge out rates are comparable with other design and fitout companies in Perth who have the same level of experience as us. The benefit with using NRG INTERIORS is that our overheads are low and that you deal with the owners of the business, not a junior designer.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?
The first meeting (1 hour maximum) is free. Thereafter we will advise you of our fees should you decide to engage our services further.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
To assist you, it is helpful if you tell us as much about your project as possible, and the timeframe for start and completion. It is also useful to have a budget, although we can help you in working one out based on your requirements.

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We carry current Professional Indemnity Insurance which covers any advice that we provide or any material selections that we make for your project.

Dealing with the owner of NRG INTERIORS means that you can contact us any time on our direct mobile phone number, so you don't have to deal with receptionists or other staff. When you need us - we're there for you!

If you are considering using other designers, ask them the following questions: . Have you successfully completed a project like mine before? . Can I speak with past clients of your or see client testimonials? . Will I be dealing with the owner or other staff during the course of my project?

What do you like most about your job?
The thing that gives me the most satisfaction about what I do is that I can take all of my last 25 years of experience and offer the benefits and shortcuts to my clients to improve their home or business (and their life!). This is immensely satisfying........and many client end up becoming friends.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I have a solid technical background as a result of my Engineering degree, but enjoy being creative and solving problems for clients and their business via practical design and fitout. I treat each client's home or business as though it was my own, aiming for a return on investment for them.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?
Your profile seems like you are a big business that is expensive to use. Is this the case? Whilst NRG INTERIORS has been operating in WA for the last 25 years, and has had the opportunity to work on some large residential and commercial projects, most of our projects are smaller.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
Your website only showcases commercial work. Do you take on residential projects? Yes we do. Our website is geared towards attracting commercial projects, but we are always also doing lots of residential work at the same time. We don't advertise for residential work (except on Oneflare).
