I was very pleased with the whole experience. I found One Flare while trying to fine a local computer repair shop and was please with the quickness of a quote and then the follow up from Phil Alder. The messages were always replied to quickly and after a few going back and forth I felt very comfortable in dropping off the computer. It was ready in 3 day which i thought very quick as the screen had to be ordered. I would not hesitate to recommend this service, and I know Jordan [my grandson whose computer it was] will be telling his school buddies also.

Old Favourite - Turn off the device (computer, laptop, tablet etc.) leave it off for a few minutes then switch it back on again. Check Cables - Ensure all cables are connected and secure Locate Usernames and Passwords - If your computer needs a password for logging on please locate these details it'll make the whole process quicker.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?
Computer Repairs - How long has the issue been occuring? How old is the computer/laptop? Did the issue start immediately after something you were doing on the computer? ie. updates, installing a new program. Have you tried anything to fix the issue? Web Design - What type of business do you run? Will you be taking online payments? Would the website be your primary source of business or more like an online brochure for potential customers?

I'm obsessively dedicated to fixing computer issues! I always try to fix every issue to the best of my ability which often means going the extra mile to get the very best result for each customer.

As we operate a mobile repair service our pricing depends on your location. We are happy to provide upfront pricing for your area so there's no nasty surprise costs once the job has been completed!

How much will it cost to fix my computer? To which I reply, 'That depends on what's wrong with it, I'll need some more details in order to provide an accurate price for you'. The more details of the issues with your computer you can provide the more accurate price we can give you before starting work.

Variety and Meeting People! It's an ever changing field of work so we're always learning. Offering the mobile service we operate we meet some great people and it's great to establish long lasting working relationships with customers.

We'll have a go at fixing pretty much anything related to our work but we specialise in Laptops. Screen replacements, Upgrades, Damaged Casing, Keyboard Replacement, DC Socket Repairs, whatever the issue with your laptop we can fix it!
