All of our technicians are IICRC certified, Which is the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification. Also licensed pest management technicians

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
We specialise mainly tile and grout cleaning, but have had over 7 years experience in leather lounge cleaning and restoration.

How do you normally charge for your service?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
1.Before hiring our services ensure that all the carpets and floors are vacuumed or swept. ( this will void a pre vacuum fee usually $15 ) 2. Please ensure that all furniture is moved, prior to what you want cleaned, 3. Try to get your carpets regularly cleaned at least one a year,

- Are there any pets living inside the house - what do you need cleaned - How many levels is your house/apartment

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
Yes we are fully insured up to 10 million and all of our work has a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee that means if you are not satisfied, then we don leave until you are. Or your money back

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Whilst we do our best to arrive on time, Sometimes it can be inevitable that we arrive late, due to traffic or caught back on a job. We do call you early to inform you how far away we are. We always strive to build the best business relationship with all of our customers.

The most commonly asked question is how much and if I can do a quote over the phone. To be as accurate as I can and give you a fair price I would have to inspect the job onsite or alternatively you can send pictures.

I enjoy watching people looked shocked with amazement once I complete the job. It never gets old and I look forward trying to achieve the same result every time.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?
I had a customer who wanted to rip up their carpet as they thought they were damaged. Once I completed the job the carpets looked almost new again. She were so satisfied that she decided to keep the carpets

How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I hired a carpet cleaner to clean my 4 bedroom house. I was very disappointed in his lack of customer service and rudeness. I spoke with my wife and we agreed that customer service is a rarity so I thought that I should bring it back and combine it with my love of cleaning.
