Loren Byford

Loren is an experienced psychologist who facilitates growth and recovery by engaging and affirming each unique experience presenting for treatment. Loren has a special interest in treating and preventing eating disorders and related issues in young people, but is also experienced and dedicated to treating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social, family/parenting issues, sleep problems, behavioural issues and stress/ adjustment issues.

Loren draws on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, mindfulness and relaxation training.  

Loren has been practicing as a fully registered psychologist since 2007 and has enjoyed working in a variety of settings including schools, community settings, and private practice.

Loren is passionate about forming therapeutic relationships and providing informed, holistic, and personalised treatment driven by values of respect, integrity and hope.

Natalie Stitt

Natalie’s career as a registered psychologist has spanned a variety of settings including forensic, hospital, government and community. She is motivated by a desire to help facilitate an individual’s growth towards a more rewarding and fulfilling life.

A functional and supportive therapeutic relationship is essential in Natalie’s approach, and she endeavours to foster a safe and compassionate space for all clients. By way of assisting personal growth, Natalie will aid clients in identifying their personal goals and values, and encourages self empowerment by helping to address barriers and building on existing strengths.

Natalie has a particular interest in working with eating disorders, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, anger management, fertility difficulties, sexual and gender identity issues and behavioural and adjustment difficulties. Therapeutic modalities used by Natalie include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
