We already knew that David Beckham is a devoted dad. But a new photo of the 41-year-old soccer star with his four children sums up his devotion more than anything he could ever say – after all – a picture paints a thousand words.
The happy snap of David with Brooklyn, 17, Romeo, 14, Cruz, 11 and Harper, five, was taken by Victoria Beckham. "I think they love him," she captioned on Instagram. "We [heart] you @davidbeckham."
The photo, which was posted on January 30 has already been liked more than 600 thousand times.
Thousands of followers have commented on the photo. "Can someone Photoshop me into this picture please?" wrote one person.
Another commented: "Amazing family goals, they are all so perfect."
But lots of fans also suggested that Victoria should get in the photo too. "Beautiful family! Just missing the mum in there to make it complete," wrote one follower.
Likewise, another wrote: "What a lovely pic come on Vic get in there with them all."
There is no doubt that the Beckhams are a close family though. In fact, David recently described his clan as "as strong family unit."
Speaking on the BBC's Desert Island Discs he said: "We've got strong parents. We were brought up with the right values.
"We know each other better than anybody. People have talked about, 'Do we stay together because it's a brand?' Of course not. We stay together because we love each other, because we have four amazing children."
The megastar admitted that while they are close, they have been through "tough times".
"That's part of relationships," he said. "It's part of marriages. It's part of having children. It's part of having responsibilities."
