Brisbane’s northside is now home to a weekly farmers and artisan markets. Every Saturday, the Carseldine Farmers and Artisan Markets will showcase regional produce and local artists, designers and purveyors.

To be the only market of its kind on the northside, locals will be able to pick up a range of goodies including beef straight from the farm, Maleny Cheese, award-winning jams, oils and chutneys as well as artisan-baked bread from Sven Novak, the famous German bakery in Noosa. Fresh produce includes apples and stonefruit from Stanthorpe, citrus from Gatton and the Granite Belt, spray-free bananas and strawberries from the Sunshine Coast as well as locally grown raspberries, blueberries and avocados. There will also be a gourmet food and dining area where market-goers can pick up breakfast, fresh juices, coffee, Belgium waffles and other tasty treats.

The Carseldine Markets will also feature local live music, activities for the kids as well as a great seating area. There will also be ample parking (over 600).
