Ze zijn er bijna... ontmoet onze toekomstige leiders van Dreamworks Animation's film HOME, die vanaf 3 december de bioscopen verovert.
Als de aarde wordt veroverd door de Boovs, een buitenaards ras dat op zoek is naar een nieuwe thuisplaneet, worden eerst alle mensen naar een andere locatie gebracht. Maar terwijl de Boovs de planeet reorganiseren, slaagt het vindingrijke meisje Tip (Rihanna) erin om uit handen van de Boovs te blijven en krijgt ze gezelschap van Oh (Jim Parsons), een in ongenade geraakte Boov. Tijdens hun bijzondere avontuur beseffen de twee vluchtelingen dat er meer op het spel staat dan alleen de intergalactische verhoudingen.

The trailer for Bee Movie, which is now seen nine years later with memes for nouns, is one of those trailers in which almost everything is altered from the final product just to give you a taste of what it might be like or just to predict if anything will make it in at all in post-production. It's common in live-action Hollywood films, in which the case is usually that deleted scenes make it in before we know they're deleted (Rouge One), but it works quite differently in animated trailers.
As for this trailer, numerous shots were re-animated with new or re-recorded lines ("So you see soda spilled on a sidewalk and you don't drink it?") to alter the context and somehow make it look worse than it already is, while several others were improved upon in terms of animation or rendering since the trailer was released. Look closely and you'll see glass objects rendered more naturally. So here's a rough recreation with what ended up in the final film, followed by a split-screen for comparison's sake.
DreamWorks were hellbent on this at the time, most notably the trailers for Shrek 2, for example filling Prince Charming with contempt rather than surprise when he first learns that Fiona's already taken, or keeping Roddy's missing hamster butlers in the teaser for Flushed Away.
In the case of other studios, The Simpsons Movie filled itself with false/deleted footage to make its scale seem grander, and Tangled added a few extra shots to make it seem more comedic. This has eased slightly over the years, although Disney still tend to use clips from the Pixar-esque teaser trailers for their homegrown animated films as if they play a part in the actual films themselves. So if you've seen the trailer but not Bee Movie itself, or have only seen the movie sped up at every "bee", you might be disappointed that they didn't randomly throw in one extra "bee".

Vanessa Branch
Vanessa Lynn Branch (born March 21, 1973) is an English-born American actress and model. She is best known in North America as the Orbit Gum television commercial woman (whose catchphrase is "Fabulous!").
Early life
Branch holds dual citizenship in the United Kingdom and the United States. She also speaks some French and Mandarin Chinese.
After graduating from Mercersburg Academy, a boarding school in south-central Pennsylvania, she graduated from Middlebury College in 1994. She won the crown as Miss Vermont 1994 and competed in the Miss America 1995 pageant. In 1996, she began tutoring two young girls, Blair and Ana Van Pelt, in French, and later moved in with the Van Pelt family in Newport Beach, California. She has stayed in southern California since then and currently resides there.
Career
Branch appeared in the Lost episode "Fire + Water" as the character Karen. She also made an appearance on Gilmore Girls. She can also be seen in the Pirates of the Caribbean film series, playing Giselle, a Tortugan wench jilted by Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow. She had a guest appearance as Nadia Kerensky in the pilot of the short-lived NBC sitcom Andy Barker, P.I.. She also appeared in the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Shattered" as an adult Naomi Wildman.

The trailer for Bee Movie, which is now seen nine years later with memes for nouns, is one of those trailers in which almost everything is altered from the final product just to give you a taste of what it might be like or just to predict if anything will make it in at all in post-production. It's common in live-action Hollywood films, in which the case is usually that deleted scenes make it in before we know they're deleted (Rouge One), but it works quite differently in animated trailers.
As for this trailer, numerous shots were re-animated with new or re-recorded lines ("So you see soda spilled on a sidewalk and you don't drink it?") to alter the context and somehow make it look worse than it already is, while several others were improved upon in terms of animation or rendering since the trailer was released. Look closely and you'll see glass objects rendered more naturally. So here's a rough recreation with what ended up in the final film, followed by a split-screen for comparison's sake.
DreamWorks were hellbent on this at the time, most notably the trailers for Shrek 2, for example filling Prince Charming with contempt rather than surprise when he first learns that Fiona's already taken, or keeping Roddy's missing hamster butlers in the teaser for Flushed Away.
In the case of other studios, The Simpsons Movie filled itself with false/deleted footage to make its scale seem grander, and Tangled added a few extra shots to make it seem more comedic. This has eased slightly over the years, although Disney still tend to use clips from the Pixar-esque teaser trailers for their homegrown animated films as if they play a part in the actual films themselves. Jivoff has been serving as interim artistic director of the music theater company in Milwaukee’s 3rd Ward since July 31, 2016, following the resignation of Viswa Subbaraman.
