Indigenous workers are:
- Forced to work 25 hours a week and earn no wage
- Not entitled to superannuation
- Not entitled to our workplace employment standards
- Are excluded from Federal OHS & Workers’ Comp laws
- Able to be exploited as a free source of labour for private businesses
