Could your home play host to singer Justin Bieber?

A luxury Australian rental company is seeking properties in several capital cities for an unnamed megastar with a huge accommodation budget, who is visiting Australia for an extended period next year.

Luxico, which manages leases for high-end real estate, refused to disclose the name of its VIP guest, who is willing to pay up to $6000 a night for a private house.

However, Bieber this week announced Australian dates for his Purpose World Tour — he is coming in March 2017.

The 22 year-old singer, who has sold about 100 million records, is the only star that fits the profile who will in the country at the time Luxico requires a collection of swish rentals that meet specific requirements.

“One of the world’s most popular entertainers is heading to Australia next March and wants a home away from home in Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne over the duration of their tour,” a statement from Luxico said

“The internationally renowned singer will be staying five nights in each city and is willing to pay up to $6000 a night for the right property.

“This is an amazing opportunity for the right home owners…”

Each Aussie landlord could bank up to $30,000 for the mystery rockstar’s stay.

The criteria includes a location up to 30 minutes from the CBD, four or more bedrooms (one for a child), secure entry, undercover parking and complete privacy with no street view into the property.

The ad said the guest will be “one of the world’s top selling vocal artists”, with a swimming pool preferred.

Luxico’s co-owner Tom Ormerod declined to reveal or comment on the client’s identity, citing confidentiality.

The company regularly books private houses for visiting politicians, athletes and entertainers, but on the down-low, with strict discretion arrangements.

It is also advertising for an $8000 a night Sydney home, in the eastern suburbs and with two or more bedrooms, for a “celebrity guest” who needs accommodation from October until February next year.

“Water views are optional but not essential,” the ad said.

Earlier this year, Luxico posted a call out for a suitable Melbourne property for a ranked international tennis player, in town for the Australian Open.

The most expensive rental currently listed on Domain in Melbourne is 43 Middle Crescent, Brighton — a dress circle location where cricket ace Shane Warne recently repurchaed his former marital mansion.

Commanding $3500 a week, the historic property has a pool and an interior designer fit out.

At the top level of the rental market in Sydney, for $7500 a week, a penthouse in The Rocks precinct is available, at 129 Harrington Street.

The enormous five bedroom bedroom apartment has a spa rooftop spa overlooking the Opera House and Harbour Bridge, and high-tech keyless locks.
