In this video we're going to discuss the upcoming RYzen lineup of processors, as according to a leak the entire SKU list of AMD's Upcoming CPUs has found its way out onto the internet. The top of the line R7 1800X processor will feature 8 cores, 16 threads and turbo at 4Ghz, where as the R7 pro 1800 will feature the same 8 cores and 16 threads by only a 3.6Ghz turbo.
In other news, we'll go into Intel's Crest Lake (followed by knights lake) which is a co-processor for Xeon CPUs. Crest lake is for accelerating Deep Learning up to 10x faster than current state of the art CPus. According to Intel Crest Lake will sport 32GB HBM2 and have limited sampling by mid 2017 (this year).

The latest rumors from the internet (originating from CanardPC) is that Intel are actually very worried indeed about AMd's upcoming ryzen lineup of processors,
Despite telling the public and investors they believe Kaby Lake is ample, behind closed doors Intel are actually pretty concerned. While it is possible Kaby lake does have the clock speed advantage, Ryzen is said to have a significant thread advantage, leaving the pricing and performance between the two chips to question.
Given Intel's currently roughly in the same ballpark of AMD Ryzen in benchmarks, it'll be an interesting few months

In this video we'll be delving into AMD's upcoming Vega architecture, specifically focusing on the memory, and why the comapny decided to pursue the HBCC. This video will assume you're at least familiar with what HBM2 is, but I do explain the basics of memory models anyway.
Vega is scheduled to be released late Q2 or early Q3 for desktop computers, and will be a totally new product line, featuring numerous changes from the older radeon graphics cards from AMD. Vega features NCU technology, which implements rapid packed math, draw stream binning rasterizer and numerous changes which drastically improve the performance of the graphics card.

Advanced Micro Devices
Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (AMD) is an American worldwide semiconductor company based in Sunnyvale, California, United States, that develops computer-processors and related technologies for business and consumer markets. While initially it manufactured its own processors, the company became fabless after GlobalFoundries was spun off in 2009. AMD's main products include microprocessors, motherboard chipsets, embedded processors and graphics processors for servers, workstations and personal computers, and embedded systems applications.
AMD is the second-largest supplier and only significant rival to Intel in the market for x86-based microprocessors. Since acquiring ATI in 2006, AMD and its competitor Nvidia have dominated the discrete graphics processor unit (GPU) market.
Company history
First twelve years
Advanced Micro Devices was formally incorporated on May 1, 1969, by Jerry Sanders, along with seven of his colleagues from Fairchild Semiconductor. Sanders, an electrical engineer who was the director of marketing at Fairchild, had like many Fairchild executives grown frustrated with the increasing lack of support, opportunity, and flexibility within that company, and decided to leave to start his own semiconductor company. The previous year Robert Noyce, who had invented the first practical integrated circuit or microchip in 1959 at Fairchild, had left Fairchild together with Gordon Moore and founded the semiconductor company Intel in July 1968.

AMD Radeon Rx 300 series
AMD Radeon Rx 300 is brand for a series of graphics cards. All used GPUs have been developed by AMD, produced in 28nm and belong to the same microarchitecture family: Graphics Core Next (GCN).
Devices based on the Fiji architecture, which include the flagship AMD Radeon R9 Fury X along with the Radeon R9 Fury and Radeon R9 Nano, are the first GPUs to feature High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology which is faster and more power efficient than current GDDR5 memory. However, the Rx 300-numbered GPUs in the series are based on previous generation GPUs with revised power management and therefore only feature GDDR5 memory. The Radeon 300 series cards including the R9 390X were released on June 18, 2015. The flagship device, Fury X, was released on June 24, 2015.
Core architecture
There are chips implementing all three iterations of Graphics Core Next. The table below details which GCN-generation each chip belongs to.
Ancillary ASICs
An ancillary ASICs present on the chips as well, are being developed independtly of the core architecture and have their own version name schemes.

Free music
Free music or libre music is music that, like free software, can freely be copied, distributed and modified for any purpose. Royalty-free
Royalty-free, or RF, refers to the right to use copyrighted material or intellectual property without the need to pay royalties or license fees for each use or per volume sold, or some time period of use or sales.
Computer standards
Many computer industry standards, especially those developed and submitted by industry consortium's or individual companies, involve royalties for the actual use of these standards. These royalties are typically charged on a "per port" basis, where the manufacturer of end-user devices has to pay a small fixed fee for each device sold, and also include a substantial annual fixed fee. With millions of devices sold each year, the royalties can amount to several millions of dollars, which is a significant burden for the manufacturer. Examples of such royalties-based standards include IEEE 1394, HDMI, and H.264/MPEG-4 AVC.
Royalty-free standards do not include any "per-port" or "per-volume" charges or annual payments for the actual implementation of the standard, even though the text of the actual specification is typically protected by copyright and needs to be purchased from the standards body. Most open standards are royalty-free, and many proprietary standards are royalty-free as well. Examples of royalty-free standards include DisplayPort, VGA, VP8, and Matroska.

In this video we're going to discuss the upcoming RYzen lineup of processors, as according to a leak the entire SKU list of AMD's Upcoming CPUs has found its way out onto the internet. The top of the line R7 1800X processor will feature 8 cores, 16 threads and turbo at 4Ghz, where as the R7 pro 1800 will feature the same 8 cores and 16 threads by only a 3.6Ghz turbo. In other news, we'll go into Intel's Crest Lake (followed by knights lake) which is a co-processor for Xeon CPUs. Crest lake is for accelerating Deep Learning up to 10x faster than current state of the art CPus. The latest rumors from the internet (originating from CanardPC) is that Intel are actually very worried indeed about AMd's upcoming ryzen lineup of processors, Despite telling the public and investors they believe Kaby Lake is ample, behind closed doors Intel are actually pretty concerned. In this video we'll be delving into AMD's upcoming Vega architecture, specifically focusing on the memory, and why the comapny decided to pursue the HBCC. This video will assume you're at least familiar with what HBM2 is, but I do explain the basics of memory models anyway. Vega is scheduled to be released late Q2 or early Q3 for desktop computers, and will be a totally new product line, featuring numerous changes from the older radeon graphics cards from AMD.
