Development Projects

St Vincent’s Care Services is embarking on an ambitious but achievable strategy for growth and leadership over the next few years, as part of St Vincent’s Health Australia’s enVision2025 strategy.

With plans for St Vincent’s Care Services to expand from around 1,200 places to 15,000 places by 2025, we are undertaking a number of development projects across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria to help achieve our mission of providing aged care and support services to more Australians.

Our current major projects are:

Werribee, Victoria

St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee will be a contemporary residential living community in East Werribee health precinct, offering low care, high care, respite and dementia care services. Co-located with the new St Vincent’s Private Hospital in Werribee, it will offer exceptional access to a wide range of pastoral, clinical and allied health services.

Werribee will welcome residents in mid 2017.

Our recently completed projects include:

Maroochydore, Queensland

Opened in January 2017, St Vincent's Care Services Maroochydore is an exciting lifestyle-oriented residential aged care community on Queensland’s famed Sunshine Coast. The facility forms part of an integrated community, offering a modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service set amongst landscaped courtyards and gardens, and co-located with Stella Maris Catholic Church, a community lifestyle centre and café.
