English: U.S. Dept. of Treasury chart of "plaza" (key cities along smuggling corridors in Mexico; the most valuable being Northern Mexico border cities/plazas) bosses of the Sinaloa Cartel, current as of May 2013. Published pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act.
