Last week, AWWA submitted comments to the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee regarding the Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) program.

The following revised AWWA Policy Statement on Discontinuance of Water Service for Nonpayment has been approved by the Technical and Educational Council for member comment. Submit comments by March 10, 2017.
