Major Crime squad officers have been called to Bunbury to investigate the sudden death of a man in College Grove earlier this week.
About 2.45pm on Monday police responded to a call regarding an unconscious man on Darwin Way.
St John Ambulance personnel also went to the address, but despite their best efforts, the 38-year-old man could not be revived.
He died at the home.
Bunbury detectives, along with officers from Major Crime Squad, are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the man's death.
His death is being treated as suspicious until determined otherwise.
