What if it rains or gets cold?

Openair Cinemas are all-weather outdoor events that will go ahead in most weather conditions. Films will still be screened if it rains intermittently, so bring wet weather gear just in case of showers. If an event is cancelled for any reason, we will advise ticketholders via email and on our social media channels with as much notice as possible, usually around 4pm on the date of the screening. If you enter your mobile number at booking you will receive a text notification of any rain-out situation. If a session is cancelled for any reason, your tickets will be transferrable for any other night of our season.

What if I can't find my tickets?

Your tickets would have been emailed to you when you booked, so make sure you also check your junk email as they may have been filtered into there. If you still can't find them then send us an email as early as possible to hello@openaircinemas.com.au and let us know the name and email address you booked with and which session you've booked for. If you only realise that you can't find your tickets when you're already on your way to the event then don't stress, just let the staff at the box office know the email address that you booked with and they can find your tickets for you.
