This aircraft has had quite an interesting past, originally bound for Varig is 1999 the aircraft was not taken up and was delivered to Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight where it operated till 2004. It was then transferred to Etihad Airways for almost four years before going back to Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight and final becoming part of Air Niugini's fleet in 2010/

Assistant Secretary for Civil Aviation, Massy Halbert, exclusively told EMTV News, this new flight route will strengthen trade links, and provide more business opportunities.
It will also promote a sense of Pacificness between both countries.

Hello everyone! Today we have an Air Niugini 767-341(ER) [P2-PXV] taxiing and taking off for the three hour and 15 minute trip to Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea as flight PX004. Ironically, this 767 flew for Abu Dhabi Amiri flight, the organisation that is responsible for transporting the government of Abu Dhabi in the UAE, as well as Etihad Airways in its early days off operation. This very special 767 was filmed on September 28th 2016 from the open air 9th story of the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal P1 parking lot. I hope you enjoy!

Ironically, this 767 flew for Abu Dhabi Amiri flight, the organisation that is responsible for transporting the government of Abu Dhabi in the UAE, as well as Etihad Airways in its early days off operation. This very special 767 was filmed on September 28th 2016 from the open air 9th story of the Brisbane Airport Domestic Terminal P1 parking lot. I hope you enjoy!
