Hey y'all! In this video I'm searching for hidden treasures in a cedar forest. It got kinda crazy ducking all the tarantula hawks flying by and dodging the fire ant hills but I still had a lot of fun. 😊 I didn't find any crazy old coins or gold necklaces but I found a lot of cool rusty stuff that I'll use in my next art project! GL and HH y'all !

I hack up a red cedar log, turning it into a box to store my loose sketches. I positioned the camera at the table saw in a way that looks like my hands are much closer to the bade than they really are, I'm not promoting risky business here. I have a good bit of the cedar left over, that will appear in some other project down the way. Thank you everybody for watching this stuff I make. Share and subscribe??

How to Install Cedar Shingle siding and Polycarbonate roof.
Ok on this side of the river doing red cedar shingles are eighteen-inch cedar
0:03shingles we're gonna have a standard inch-and-a-half overhanging the bottom
0:07of the roof and to get that I've just nail down a scrap two-by-four and then
0:10put this little cleared on the end to keep my single from sliding off while
0:14I'm working and we're gonna do an overhang on this side we're just going
0:19to use a cutoff of 5 quarter trim just the space or to patching cedar shingles
0:25are used one and a half inch stainless steel side means they won't rust or
0:29leave streaks on the roof and a just long enough to secure the shingles
0:33without poking through inside will be under course singles in place I need to
0:38remove the ledger board in 2004 spacer to make room for the next course of
0:42shingles first finish course one that covers are under course here is going to
0:47overhang by a quarter-inch ok now to make this single job easier we have this
0:57ledger board now on the sidewall shingles normally just taxes right in
1:02but because the roof want to avoid holes so we're just gonna use these extension
1:10pieces that go up a couple of and drive finish nails so we can back them out
1:18later the top of this board lines up with my five inch exposure and I could
1:25just take my shingles lamb out then once I get a mall racked up here I can just
1:31go down with the nailer input of all in one shot now this jig want more when you
1:36get to the very top of the roof at that point we're gonna have to snap lines and
1:39lining up the old-fashioned way now I'm leaving about a quarter inch or so
1:47between these let's move a little bit without hitting each other and causing
1:52them to curl and I'm being careful to overlap them so that none of these teams
2:00are in line should be at least a good and chants and a half away from each
2:04other
2:05ok when I get towards the end over here I'm gonna work a little bit to see if I
2:11can find a single its gonna make my life easier I don't have to do any cutting
2:15and fitting doesn't always work out and I don't spend a whole lot of time on it
2:19but you know with this tax shit up here it's worth taking a minute or two diff
2:23could save yourself a minute this is pretty close so I'm gonna do is just
2:27kind of play with my spacing on the shingles here and just kind of slide
2:31things over a little bit ago I'm facing my male type I but you can also mark the
2:40location on the arm the jig streamline guide the pathfinder placement this
2:45ensures that the nails are aligned to the script reading below and we'll begin
2:48by the next course of symbols I don't bother trimming the shingles at the top
2:55of the shed for installing them instead just let the last couple of courses go
2:59along and then come back to trim the overhanging forces
3:20ok that's it for the cedar shingles now we're gonna go to the other side of the
3:23roof and work on a polycarbonate on the back of the shed going to be using
3:29translucent corrugated panels that let in lots of sunlight to get started
3:34the panels together cross cut them with a circular saw get clean cuts the
3:39roofing manufacturer recommends mounting the saw blade backwards for the Rays
3:44portion of the panels not through the Cross where water is more likely to see
3:48Ben just like any other side of the roof I use the space or and ledger board to
3:54establish an overhang at the bottom of the roof and attach panels with gasket
3:59its crews to seal out water as I work my way across channels are overlapped in
4:05fast unless you're really lucky last panel will need to be ripped to with
4:10again with the blade mounted backwards and we're here protection because the
4:15noise isn't pleasant
4:22at the ridge and make a captain to be sincere battled so that they meet at the
4:29same angle as the root slope to make things easier I start two screws all the
4:34pieces are flat on a table and then join the pieces together
4:43can just drop this pre-assembled Cedar Ridge right into place
4:492000 the cap I use nails on the seedier side and stainless steel screws on the
4:55corrugated side ok that's it for a ridge cap now when you get down off the roof
5:05finally get back to work on the Windows trim and siding

The purpose of this video is to teach you a technique for creating a vintage and worn look on cedar wood. This is super easy to do and the cost is reasonable. The wood is untreated cedar fencing from a big-box store. Each piece of cedar is around $2.50.

Ever After
Ever After (known in promotional material as Ever After: A Cinderella Story) is a 1998 American romantic comedy-drama film inspired by the fairy tale Cinderella, directed by Andy Tennant and starring Drew Barrymore, Anjelica Huston, and Dougray Scott. The screenplay is written by Tennant, Susannah Grant, and Rick Parks. The original music score is composed by George Fenton. The film's closing theme song "Put Your Arms Around Me" is performed by the rock band Texas.
The usual pantomime and comic/supernatural elements are removed and the story is instead treated as historical fiction, set in Renaissance-era France. It is often seen as a modern, post-feminism interpretation of the Cinderella myth.
Plot
In the 19th century, a Grande Dame (Jeanne Moreau) summons The Brothers Grimm to her palace, where the brothers discuss their interpretation of the Cinderella story and notice a painting displayed in the room. The Grande Dame shows the brothers a glass slipper and tells them the story of Danielle de Barbarac, the true story of Cinderella. In 16th-century France, widower Auguste de Barbarac (Jeroen Krabbé), father of eight-year-old Danielle, marries Rodmilla de Ghent (Anjelica Huston), a wealthy baroness with two young daughters, Marguerite and Jacqueline, but he dies of a heart attack shortly afterwards. Before dying, Auguste's last words are directed to Danielle, which causes the Baroness to envy Danielle and treat her miserably for the next ten years. While Marguerite (Megan Dodds) is hostile and cruel to Danielle, Jacqueline (Melanie Lynskey) is kinder and more respectful to her, though she often stays out of the crossfires to keep the peace.

Ever After High
Ever After High is a fashion doll franchise released by Mattel in July 2013. It is a companion line to the Monster High dolls. However, in this line the characters are based upon characters from fairy tales and fantasy stories instead of monsters. As with Monster High and Barbie: Life in the Dreamhouse, the line varies in different countries and varies in languages. It has spawned a web series, a film, and two book series.
Premise
Ever After High is a boarding school located in the Fairy Tale World. It is attended by the teenage children of fairy tale characters, destined to follow in their parents' footsteps and keep their stories alive throughout the generations. According to Headmaster Milton Grimm, if the students don't follow their individual destinies, their stories will cease to exist and they will disappear forever. This problem is the core conflict of the series.
The main characters are Raven Queen, who does not want to be evil like her mother the Evil Queen and Apple White: daughter of Snow White who is destined to live "happily ever after". Raven would prefer to be free to create her own destiny while Apple, in order to protect her own destiny, believes that Raven should become the next Evil Queen. The students are generally divided between two groups: the "Royals" and "Rebels". The Royals are the students on Apple White's side who embrace their destinies and are content with their fates. The Rebels are the students on Raven Queen's side who prefer to create their own destinies.

Cedar Point
Cedar Point is a 365-acre (148 ha) amusement park located on a Lake Erie peninsula in Sandusky, Ohio. Opened in 1870, it is the second-oldest operating amusement park in the United States behind Lake Compounce. Cedar Point is owned and operated by Cedar Fair and is considered the flagship of the amusement park chain. Known as "America's Roller Coast", the park features a world-record 72 rides, including 16 roller coasters which ties it with Canada's Wonderland for the second-most roller coasters in an amusement park behind Six Flags Magic Mountain. Its newest roller coaster, Rougarou, opened in May 2015.
Cedar Point's normal operating season runs from early May until Labor Day, when the park is open daily. The park is then open only on weekends until the beginning of November for HalloWeekends, a Halloween event. Other attractions near the park include a one-mile-long (1.6 km) white-sand beach, an outdoor water park called Soak City, an indoor water park called Castaway Bay, an area known as Challenge Park, two marinas, and several nearby resorts.

It got kinda crazy ducking all the tarantula hawks flying by and dodging the fire ant hills but I still had a lot of fun. 😊 I didn't find any crazy old coins or gold necklaces but I found a lot of cool rusty stuff that I'll use in my next art project! 1:18later the top of this board lines up with my five inch exposure and I could
1:25just take my shingles lamb out then once I get a mall racked up here I can just
1:31go down with the nailer input of all in one shot now this jig want more when you

0:10put this little cleared on the end to keep my single from sliding off while
0:14I'm working and we're gonna do an overhang on this side we're just going
0:19to use a cutoff of 5 quarter trim just the space or to patching cedar shingles
0:25are used one and a half inch stainless steel side means they won't rust or
0:29leave streaks on the roof and a just long enough to secure the shingles
0:33without poking through inside will be under course singles in place I need to
0:38remove the ledger board in 2004 spacer to make room for the next course of
0:42shingles first finish course one that covers are under course here is going to
0:47overhang by a quarter-inch ok now to make this single job easier we have this
0:57ledger board now on the sidewall shingles normally just taxes right in
1:02but because the roof want to avoid holes so we're just gonna use these extension
1:10pieces that go up a couple of and drive finish nails so we can back them out
1:18later the top of this board lines up with my five inch exposure and I could
1:25just take my shingles lamb out then once I get a mall racked up here I can just
1:31go down with the nailer input of all in one shot now this jig want more when you
