Mark Warburton, David Weir and Frank McParland have hit back at Rangers over their acrimonious exit from Ibrox in a stinging statement released this morning.
The management trio left the club on Friday with the club saying they had resigned - a claim Warburton immediately refuted.
Rangers chairman Dave King then launched a scathing attack on the Englishman accusing him of leaking private boardroom information, squandering his transfer kitty on duds and using the club as a stepping stone to the English Premier League.
Now, through a statement issued by the League Managers' Association, the trio have hit back and repeated their stance that they NEVER resigned from their positions.
The statement also calls on Rangers to answer "key questions" put to it by the LMA over the trio's departure.

It says: "Much has been said over the last few days relating to our departure from Rangers Football Club.
"At this stage, for legal reasons, it is inappropriate for us to comment in any great detail on our departure from the club.
"However, given that the club has seen fit to make detailed public statements, it is important that we should clarify certain matters and as such we would like to formally place on record, that at no stage did we resign from our positions at Rangers.

"It is a matter of surprise to us, and to the League Managers Association (LMA), which is advising all three of us, that despite its detailed public statements, the club has not answered key questions put to it by the LMA, in writing, requesting an explanation of why it suggested that we resigned from our positions."

In the statement the trio went on to describe their 18-months in charge at Ibrox as "an absolute privilege".
Warburton, and his assistant Weir, led the club back into the top tier at the first time of asking last season as they romped to the Championship title in style.
But their first crack at the Premiership has proved a turbulent one. Marquee signing Joey Barton lasted just eight games before leaving the club under a cloud after a very public fall out with his manager.
Other summer signings have also failed to hit the heights with Niko Kranjcar and Jordan Rossiter crocked, Josh Windass struggling for form, Matt Crooks already heading out on loan after struggling to break into Warburton's first team plans and ex-Arsenal and Switzerland defender Philippe Senderos proving a big name flop.
With the club falling 27 points behind Celtic in the Premiership and having lost all three meetings with their rivals this season the pressure has been building on Warburton since the turn of the year.
But the 9pm confirmation of his departure last Friday evening - just hours after he had taken training at Auchenhowie - came as a major shock.
Rangers released a statement on Friday that claimed manager Warburton, Weir and head of recruitment McParland had come to an agreement to leave the club via their joint representative.
Warburton claimed that he and his team at no time resigned from their posts. The issue looks set to run and run and could end up in the courts given the distance between both versions of events.
Warburton reiterated his stance today in the statement which added: "It was an honour to be given the responsibility of returning the club to the top tier of Scottish football and we are very proud to have played our part in successfully securing promotion back to the Scottish Premiership.
"Winning the Petrofac Scottish Challenge Cup and beating Celtic, in a memorable semi-final to reach the Scottish Cup Final, are experiences we will never forget.
"We sincerely thank the Rangers fans for their unwavering passion and dedication. We had the good fortune to meet so many outstanding individuals and supporters of the club and we will always value their words of encouragement. We wish them great success for the seasons ahead.
"The current group of players, together with the staff at the training ground and Ibrox, have borne the huge weight of responsibility of taking a massive club back to the top flight.
" They should be proud of their togetherness and their work ethic. It has been a pleasure to work with them, and we would like to thank each and every one of them for their commitment and contribution."
