The 4A’s does not disclose, share, release, publish, disseminate, rent, or sell any personally identifiable information to any third parties, but please be aware that if the 4A’s combines with another organization or otherwise disposes of its assets (such as, for example, in a bankruptcy proceeding) another entity may acquire from the 4A’s the user information we have previously collected.
