Two men and a woman have been charged over a suspected drug syndicate operating out of mail distribution centres, as well as supplying cocaine to Darwin.

110 grams of cocaine and more than $130,000 in cash and assets were seized by police, Detective Senior Sergeant Mark Stringer from the Organised Crime Division said.

The operation began when police executed a search warrant at a shed in Woolner, where 6.4 grams of cocaine and over $34,000 in cash was seized.

Police arrested and charged a 39-year-old man at the address with possession and supply of the schedule one dangerous drug.

Later in the day, police executed another warrant at a residence in Nakara where a vehicle and mobile phones were seized.

There, a 28-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman were arrested and charged with multiple counts of possessing and supplying commercial quantities of cocaine.

"This is a significant result for the Northern Territory Police and we will continue to target those involved in the supply of illicit drugs in the Territory," Detective Senior Sergeant Stringer said.

All three will appear in Darwin Local Court today.
