State Commission on Gambling

State supervision over gambling shall be exercised by the State Commission on Gambling with the Minister of Finance.
The Commission shall be a public-financed legal person with a head office in Sofia.
The operation of the Commission shall be assisted by a general and specialised administration whereof the structure and working arrangements shall be determined by rules of organisation adopted by the Council of Ministers.
The operation of the Commission shall be financed from the State budget through the Ministry of Finance.
The Commission shall mandatorily insure the members and the employees thereof against accident for the account of the budget of the Commission.
