Ms Duncan is a Youth Music Development Officer for the Darebin City Council. Ms Duncan, as a youth worker, is employed to develop and facilitate youth music programs for young people aged 12-25 within the Darebin community. She oversees a youth-run record label and a youth events organising committee.
