Mano's remix of Sasse's 'On My Mind' can perhaps best be described as a hybrid of every genre that is relevant at this moment. The intro with the reverbed cricket-like pad drum and synth pattern evokes associations with Ostgut Ton records, the delayed, flangey, elongated bass line that kicks in after roughly one minute is a staple of many deep house records nowadays, the off beat hi hat coupled with sporadic funky claps is off course a staple of every tech house track and lastly those synth breaks (check around 3 minutes into the track) are reminiscent of a more emotional psychedelic brand of house.
All of this is symbolic for Mano Le Tough as a producer and a DJ. Combining styles that are seemingly unfit to go together into a set that tells a logical story, yet always with a certain feeling for funk and groove. Magic. - C.

Ben Sasse
Benjamin Eric "Ben" Sasse (pronounced sass; born February 22, 1972) is an American politician. Sasse, a member of the Republican Party, is a United States Senator from the state of Nebraska.
From December 2010 until December 2014, Sasse served as the president of Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska. In 2014, he was elected to fill the U.S. Senate seat being vacated by Mike Johanns, defeating Democratic Party candidate David Domina by a margin of 65–31%.
Early life and education
Sasse was born on February 22, 1972, in Plainview, Nebraska, the son of Linda K. (Dunklau) and Gary Lynn Sasse. He graduated from Fremont Senior High School in Fremont, Nebraska, in 1990.
Sasse graduated from Harvard University in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in government. He also studied at the University of Oxford during the fall of 1992 on a junior year abroad program.
Sasse graduated from St. John’s College in 1998 with a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies and from Yale University with a Master of Arts degree (M.A.), Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), all from the Department of History, in 2004. Sasse’s dissertation, The Anti-Madalyn Majority: Secular Left, Religious Right, and the Rise of Reagan's America (Madalyn Murray O'Hair) won the Theron Rockwell Field (best dissertation) and the George Washington Egleston (history) Prizes.

Neil Gorsuch
Neil McGill Gorsuch (born August 29, 1967 in Denver, Colorado) is a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is the son of Anne Burford, the first female head of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
Background
Gorsuch graduated from the Georgetown Preparatory School and received a B.A. from Columbia University (where he was co-founder and first chief editor of the alternative newspaper The Fed and won a Truman Scholarship). He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School and Doctorate of Legal Philosophy from Oxford University, where he studied as a Marshall Scholar at University College.
Gorsuch clerked for Judge David B. Sentelle on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 1991–1992, and then for United States Supreme Court Justices Byron White and Anthony Kennedy from 1993-1994.
From 1995-2005, Judge Gorsuch was in private practice with the Washington, D.C. law firm of Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel. He was a Deputy Associate Attorney General at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2005 until 2006.

Morning Joe
Morning Joe is a weekday morning talk show which premiered on May 9, 2007, on MSNBC. The show features Joe Scarborough discussing the news of the day in a panel format with co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Willie Geist. It was created as the replacement for Imus in the Morning, which was canceled in April 2007 after simulcasting on MSNBC since 1996.
The talk show airs airs from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
History
Morning Joe began as a fill-in program after Don Imus' Imus in the Morning was canceled. Former Florida Congressman Joe Scarborough, then host of the primetime MSNBC program Scarborough Country, suggested the idea of doing a morning show instead. He put together what would become Morning Joe with Scarborough Country executive producer Chris Licht and screenwriter John Ridley. On May 9, 2007, the show debuted as one of a series of rotating programs auditioning for Imus's former slot, with Scarborough joined by co-hosts Mika Brzezinski and Ridley. Scarborough had personally asked Brzezinski to co-host with him the night before the first audition, while she was a "cut-in" presenter during MSNBC's primetime schedule on a freelance basis.

MSNBC
MSNBC is an American basic cable and satellite television network that provides news coverage and political commentary from NBC News on current events. The network also carries a prime-time 'opinion page' programming bloc with a mostly progressive slant. It is owned by the NBCUniversal News Group, a unit of the NBCUniversal Television Group division of NBCUniversal.
MSNBC and msnbc.com were founded in 1996 as separate partnerships between Microsoft and General Electric's NBC unit, hence the network's naming. Although they shared the same name, msnbc.com and MSNBC maintained separate corporate structures and news operations, with msnbc.com headquartered on the West Coast on the Microsoft campus in Redmond, Washington, and MSNBC in the NBC headquarters in New York. Microsoft divested its stake in the MSNBC channel in 2005, and divested its stake in msnbc.com in July 2012, rebranding the general news site as NBCNews.com and creating a new msnbc.com as the online home of the cable news channel. As of February 2015, approximately 94,531,000 households (81.2% of those with television) receive MSNBC within the United States of America.

Mano's remix of Sasse's 'On My Mind' can perhaps best be described as a hybrid of every genre that is relevant at this moment. The intro with the reverbed cricket-like pad drum and synth pattern evokes associations with Ostgut Ton records, the delayed, flangey, elongated bass line that kicks in after roughly one minute is a staple of many deep house records nowadays, the off beat hi hat coupled with sporadic funky claps is off course a staple of every tech house track and lastly those synth breaks (check around 3 minutes into the track) are reminiscent of a more emotional psychedelic brand of house.
All of this is symbolic for Mano Le Tough as a producer and a DJ. Combining styles that are seemingly unfit to go together into a set that tells a logical story, yet always with a certain feeling for funk and groove. Magic. - C.
