Female genital mutilation is the purposeful destruction of women and girls sexual organs for non-medical reasons. It is practiced globally in 29 countries in Africa, some countries in the Middle East and in Asia. Due to immigration, FGM has spread to Western countries such as the UK, USA, Europe and Australia. Therefore Australian girls are now also at risk of female genital mutilation.
Initiate them to the world of love, not to the world of feminine sorrow!!

You can help us protect girls from female genital mutilation, and support and empower survivors of FGM. There are many things you can do. Help stop the cruel disfiguration of little girls everywhere. Help to ensure that the practice of FGM is eradicated, forever, and that women’s human rights are not violated in this way. More than 130 million women, world-wide have been mutilated, just like Khadija.
All money will go to the No FGM Australia campaign, which lobbies federal and state politicians, raises young girls’ awareness of their rights and trains frontline professionals in the issues around FGM, including prevention.
