Dash camera footage has emerged of a dangerous hit and run incident on Perth's Kwinana Freeway that saw two cars race along the emergency lanes.
The incident on Friday happened near Berrigan Drive when the driver was stuck in heavy traffic, crawling along at a slow pace as Perth's bad weather clogged up the freeway.
But as he slowed ahead of another snarl, a four wheel drive smashed into the back of his car.
"You f----n idiot!" he roars in the video, and moves to pull into the emergency lane.

But the blue Mitsubishi Pajero races past and drives away from the scene of the collision.
The driver then chases after the car in the emergency lane, passing clogged up lanes of traffic and coming to the merging zone of an on-ramp.
The Pajero then cuts sharply across a lane and reaches another emergency area, still driving away quickly.
Eventually the Pajero driver seems to think better of the situation, puts on his indicator and rolls down his window for a chat.
That's where the video ends - but you can bet they didn't simply exchange insurance details.
