Japan travel guide video for Ginza High Street 銀座, Tokyo. Ginza High Street 銀座 on a Sunday is one of the coolest places in Tokyo. On Sunday in Ginza the high street is completely closed to traffic and the street becomes completely packed with Japan tourists and locals who want to shop, take in the sights or just hang out. It is completely surreal and if you travel to Japan you absolutely must check this place out. Remember the Ginza high streets are closed on the Sunday. There are also a few amazing restaurants in Ginza especially for sushi and Tempura. Also the amazing Yurakucho and Hibiya cities are right around the corner. Obviously I can't actually afford to go shopping there but it's a lot of fun to just take in the sights, see all the people and experience the amazing culture that is Ginza, Tokyo. I actually used to work in a school in Ginza when I had first moved to Japan so I was familiar with the area from early on. I immediately fell in love with Ginza, especially the high street, and never really stopped. There's a wonderful and huge apple store as well as a five-stories Zara in Ginza which are the two primary shops I visit while in Ginza. It's also fun to pop on over to Yurakucho for a beer under the train station or to Hibiya for a walk in the beautiful Hibiya park.
