Iphone5 using new iOS 10
Great customer service great team!!!
I am using an iPhone 5 still and decided to update to the new iOS 10 but found out that I can only stream in low hd but with the latest update for the Stan app and now can stream
in high hd. Yay!!! The team at Stan advise me of this lastest update which was a great help! Happy streaming
A stupid app!
I heard about this app and it kind of made excited so I decided to download it. I did it and the moment I opened this app for the very first time, I only got options for logging in, but never for signing up. So I tried to log in with my email and password I had never used here (because I don't have an account), and, of course, I couldn't do anything because (and your guess is right), I never signed up with Stan. And I cannot do that because there is no option for that on the app.
I'm using iPhone 6.
Shows won't load
The video compression of stan is terrible. When trying to load shows like billions or Sherlock the app is unable to load. My initial reaction was that my internet was playing games, but after moving to the Netflix app and noticing that all shows and movies load there I realised the issue is Stan's. I've try for a week and it takes about 30 minutes to load something even on the lowest video quality settings. Definitely not an useful app.
