But on Friday, Emily Ratajkowski decided to cover up in an ankle-grazing black dress for Jason Wu's 10th Anniversary Midnight Supper during New York Fashion Week.

The 25-year-old chose a black velvet frock, featuring a low back and a high neck.

The model flashed her sculpted arms in the elegant dress, adding matching colored heels.

Emily complemented her classic yet effortlessly chic evening look with brown shadow dusted on her lids and mauve glossed lips.

The actress styled her dark brunette tresses with waves and center parted.

Emily, who sat beside Jason during the dinner, also enjoyed a quick chat with actress Diane Kruger.

Diane, 40, wowed in a floral dress with cut-out shoulders and a cinched waist - it was also slightly sheer.

The screen star's look had black, pink and white elements; she also wore her hair in waves, but with a deep side part.
