'Stay humble': Sailor Brinkley Cook posts flashback to her childhood after revealing she struggled with body image growing up
She bravely revealed earlier this week that she struggled with her own body image as a child.
And on Thursday, Sailor Brinkley Cook shared with her fans a photo of herself as a young girl.
The photo Sailor, age 18, shared was of herself sitting on a tree as she wore a white dress and had her hair held together with a neon green tie.

'#stayhumble,' Sailor urged her fans in the caption.
Only two days earlier, Sailor candidly shared with fans how her body image insecurities had haunted her since she was a child.
The model, who is the daughter of Christie Brinkley, admitted to having 'baby fat' as a young girl, and had a hard time being a hundred percent confident in her appearance.
Sailor made the heartfelt confession as she posted a photo of herself, her mother Christie, and half-sister Alexa Ray Joel, posing in their bathing suits on the beach for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

In it, Sailor said she's learned not to define herself by her clothing size.
'I've had issues with my body image since before I can even remember,' Sailor wrote. 'I grew up not loving how I looked and felt held back because of it. I don't know why I always felt that way, sure I had baby fat and definitely went through a plethora of awkward phases, but I had a family that loved me I had friends who made me laugh etc.
'But for some reason I still looked in the mirror and always somehow found something to pick on. I went from being "too fat" to "too thin" to "too muscular" and I never felt satisfied.'
'I don't need to be a size 0 to believe in myself': Sailor said she's learned not to define herself by her clothing size
Sailor then added she's learned to embrace her body type.
'My body and I have been through it all. But recently I have been liberated. I am healthy, I treat myself well, and for that I'm happy. I've looked in the mirror and been able to LOVE the things about my body that beauty norms deem "undesirable". I now have grown to know that my body is worthy of so many great things.
'I don't need to be a size 0 to believe in myself. My body carries me each and every day, it loves the people I love, it holds what makes me healthy and strong, it bends it shakes it runs and it CHANGES. That is okay and that is beautiful.'
Life's a beach! The teen, pictured in January, said on Instagram that she's learned to embrace her body type
'I could not be more grateful to the beautiful and strong @mj_day for including me in this years Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue ... This is more than a magazine to me and always has been. As a growing young woman SI showed me all bodies are different and all bodies are worthy of celebrating.
'Thank you thank you @si_swimsuit for celebrating my beautiful mama, my beautiful sister, I, and ALL WOMEN!! How lucky am I?! .... I think I'm dreaming. ... thank you!!!!!!!'
This isn't the first time Sailor has spoken out about the dangers of comparing oneself to other women, as the model last year urged fans not to measure their own bodies with the Victoria's Secret models, who she referred to as 'beautiful boss hard working strong determined women.'

'Don't forget that if your body doesn't look like theirs it is totally OK,' she wrote on social media.
Sailor is the daughter of Christie Brinkley and her ex-husband, Peter Cook.
A budding model, Sailor is also focused on her studios at Parsons School of Design in New York.
The star is a freshmen at the prestigious school of art and design.
