Transcription: Ashley: We have worked with Wade on 3 different transactions in the last year and a half and he is our forever realtor. Wade: I’m Wade Giles. I am a realtor in Austin Texas, and I absolutely love what I do. Rush: I think a lot of realtors treat as a numbers game to where they take people out and they show so many houses then they will get so many sales and so many commissions, whereas wade understands what you want and takes the time to really understand what you need and provides you options to fit those criteria. As opposed to trying put you to a house, he tries to find a house that matches you. Ashley: He is always working. He has a lot of fun though too, and I think he really enjoys what he’s doing so it doesn’t make it at all a burden, it’s a joy. Wade: I work tirelessly for people. I stay up at night thinking about how I am going to help my clients get their house sold. Or how am I going to find them the perfect place. Where is that going to be? You know, it’s personal to me, it’s just not another transaction. Frank: I think a perk working with Wade is that you know, that you get excited looking for that next property Ashley: He definitely has access to inventory that the vast majority of others do not have access to on the Austin real estate market.
