Lecturer in Political Science, Yale University

I completed my PhD in Political Science at Columbia University with emphases in American Politics and Quantitative Methodology. I conduct research on American policy implementation, and the ways that Congress, courts, and agencies interact to shape law and policy over time. I conduct additional research on healthcare policy and the public health consequences of issues tied to the Affordable Care Act and changes to abortion access. My research has been published in the American Journal of Political Science and the Journal of Law, Economics & Organization, in addition to which I blog on the politics surrounding the election and healthcare policy.
