Instructions


Step 1: Click here to register.
Step 2: Complete the Account Registration page to create an account.
Step 3: Register yourself or your delegation/organisation. Please be specific and provide detailed personal and professional information.
Step 4: Upload your accreditation letter.
Submit an accreditation request letter (letter on official letterhead of your organization, signed by a senior manager, requesting participation of the persons from your organization that apply to register for the Forum - please note that if you register other "delegation members" than yourself, names of all other persons need to be entered in the system, it is not sufficient to only list them in the accreditation request letter)

Example for participants with institutional affiliation:
[Name of Government/organization/company], nominates [participant’s full name (First name, FAMILY NAME) & title] to participate in the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights to be held from 14 to 16 November 2016 in Geneva.
NB:The names of persons must appear exactly as they appear in their passports;

Example for independent participants:
In my capacity as [title], [explain your professional interest], I would like to participate in the UN Forum on Business and Human Rights, 14-16 November 2016 in Geneva.
Step 5: Save accreditation and log off.
Step 6: The Forum Secretariat will review your request and provide a confirmation notice.

    Other key information

  1. Any changes in your delegation must be reflected in the system. Log in and follow steps 3 to 5.
  2. Participants needing a visa: the registration to the Forum will be confirmed only after delivery of the Schengen visa.
  3. Confirmed participants will be allowed to participate in the Forum and all related events.

Todos los participantes deben presentar una carta con membrete oficial de la organización, firmada por un alto directivo, solicitando su participación al Foro.

Ejemplo para los participantes con afiliación institucional:
[Gobierno/organización/empresa) nombra a [nombre y APELLIDO, ocupación profesional de las personas que representarán su Gobierno/organización] para participar en el Foro de la ONU sobre Empresas y Derechos Humanos, 14-16 de noviembre de 2016, Ginebra.
NB: los nombres deberán figurar exactamente igual que en el pasaporte;

Ejemplo para los participantes independientes:
En mi calidad de [ocupación profesional / explique su interés profesional] me gustaría participar en el Foro de la ONU sobre Empresas y Derechos Humanos, 14-16 de noviembre de 2016, Ginebra.
Paso 5: Guardar y cerrar la sesión.
Paso 6: La Secretaría del Foro revisará su solicitud y confirmará su participación por correo electrónico.

    Información:

  1. Todo cambio en su delegación debe reflejarse en el sistema. Conéctese y siga los pasos 3 a 5.
  2. Los participantes que necesitan un visado, recibirán la confirmación de inscripción después de obtener el visado Schengen.
  3. Los participantes acreditados podrán participar al Foro y a todos los eventos relacionados.

Étape 3: Inscrivez-vous, ou inscrivez votre délégation/organisation. Soyez précis concernant les données personnelles et professionnelles.
Étape 4: Téléchargez (upload) votre lettre d'accréditation en utilisant « Browse ».
Les participants doivent envoyer une lettre de demande d’accréditation, sur papier à en-tête officiel de l’organisation, et signée par un cadre, indiquant les noms des membres de votre délégation.

Exemple pour les participants ayant une affiliation institutionnelle:
[Gouvernement/organisation/entreprise] désigne [prénom, NOM DE FAMILLE, fonction], à participer au Forum des Nations Unies sur les entreprises et les droits de l’homme, 14-16 novembre 2016 à Genève.
NB: Les noms des personnes doivent apparaitre exactement tels qu’ils sont écrits sur le passeport.

Exemple pour les participants indépendants:
En ma qualité de [occupation officielle], [expliquer votre intérêt professionnel], je tiens à participer au Forum des Nations Unies sur les entreprises et les droits de l’homme, 14-16 novembre 2016 à Genève.
Étape 5: Sauvegardez et fermez la session.
Étape 6: Une fois votre inscription en ligne effectuée, vous recevrez un courriel confirmant votre accréditation.
