The Fifty Shades Darker cast have been on a whirlwind promotional tour of Europe over the last few days.

And Thursday night saw the A-list actors descend upon London's Leicester Square for the UK premiere of the racy romance flick, the second in the big screen adaptations of E.L. James' bestselling erotic novels. 

Jamie Dornan led the parade of stars on the red carpet, flanked by both his glamorous co-star and on-screen love interest Dakota Johnson and his wife Amelia Warner.

Jamie, 34, looked handsome as ever in a smart grey suit which enhanced his athletic physique, sporting a closely cropped head and bushy beard for the occasion.

The couple gazed lovingly into each other's eyes, sharing a joke as they walked the red carpet hand-in-hand.

Jamie and Amelia, who raise young daughters Dulcie and Phoebe together, have been married since 2013 and have enjoyed a low-profile romance.

The actress looked incredible in a cool and quirky ensemble, sporting an off-the-shoulders white top and funky black flares.

She pulled the look together with towering black heels and a matching clutch bag, her hair swept back in a classic updo. 

Dakota, who has been upping her fashion game for the press tour, donned yet another standout gown for her big moment in the spotlight.

She was the picture of elegance in a flowing monochrome number with unusual aquatic themed detailing on the bodice.

The gauzy look boasted puff sleeves and a loose, flowing train, cinching in at the waist to highlight the actress' tiny figure.

Also putting in an appearance at the star-studded premiere was singer Rita Ora, who plays Christian Grey's sister Elena in the film franchise.

The pop princess, 26, chose a rather understated look by her usual standards, stunning in a navy fishtail number with black sequin embellishment on the neckline.

Rita flashed just a hint of cleavage thanks to a daring cut-out at under the bust, teasing a glimpse of her chest.

She let her outfit do the talking, pulling her blonde locked up into a ponytail and keeping her make-up neutral. 

The film's cast has reportedly been banned from being 'overtly sexual' on social media and interviews.

According to Oscar-winning actress Marcia Gay Harden, who stars in the film as the mother of Jamie's character Christian Grey, she was reprimanded by movie bosses for her lewd talk. 

She told The Sun: 'We can't talk too much about nipple clamps.

'I used to send out some naughty little tweets... and I was told by Universal that I couldn't do it any more.'

This comes after Dornan revealed at the Los Angeles premiere of his film that it was easier filming sex scenes for this movie than it was for the last.

'I was only cast five weeks before we started filming the first movie, and that’s when I met Dakota [Johnson] for the first time,' the 34-year-old actor told Entertainment Tonight.

'[Now] it’s been three years, [and] Dakota and I are very close. We’ve got a great sort of love and respect for each other. We’re great friends and I think that makes it easier, you know? So it’s definitely more comfortable.'

Jamie has recently spoken out about his sex life after the Fifty Shades Of Grey franchise, insisting that S&M still never comes into it.

'No. I'm not into that,' he told news.com.au. 'My wife isn't either. It's funny. Obviously there's a huge market for it, a lot of people are into a certain type of sex but I am just not one of those people.

In the Fifty Shades series, Dornan plays Christian Grey, an enigmatic billionaire with a penchant for BDSM.

Johnson plays Steele, an ingénue who falls into Grey’s kinky world. Rumours have been rife about the possibility of full-frontal nudity in the sequel.

However, Jamie has preserved his modesty in the infamous Red Room scenes, which have earned the film an 18 certificate. 

Fifty Shades Darker hits UK cinemas on the 10th February.
