Used the luggage rack today for the first time since receiving it 2 days ago and after putting my suitcase weighing approximately 30 lbs., the rack showed a crack. I'm really disappointed and I was hoping that I'd use this for a long time. I don't have the original box and packaging anymore, so I'm not sure if I'd be able to return it.
nice finish, sturdy, folds easily for storage, worth the price. only complaint is that it seems a bit short....
They arrived just as expected - I really wanted the cream color but glad I opted for the espresso. After a few friend/family visits I am quite sure these will holdup much better. Very pleased with how sturdy they are and the look--love the bottom shelf. Trying them out for the 1st time with company arriving this month. Wish me luck!
I love my new luggage rack. It is a beautiful/useful piece of furniture. I bought 2 of them. One for the guest room and one for master bedroom. It holds my large suitcase perfectly. It is a very solid piece. I would highly recommend this product for those who travel a lot and host guests all the time. Your guest will be very pleased to see it.
