Ruby Rose is quickly becoming recognised as the female action star of the moment.

And promoting her latest blockbuster film John Wick 2, the brunette beauty was seen arriving at the US Today Show in New York on Wednesday, looking ready for combat.

Layered up against the cold, the 30-year-old added a camouflage print jacket over a black and white shirt, which was partially buttoned up over a printed white T-Shirt.

This was paired with black skinny jeans with rips across the thigh and knees.

The action star added platform combat-style heel boots and kept her accessories minimal, leaving the clashing prints the centre of her look.

Ruby's raven locks were slicked down in a side part and was seen sporting a base of make-up.

Covering her eyes with round black sunglasses, the actress beamed as she greeted waiting fans as well as photographers.

The starlet appeared happy to sign autographs as she made her way into the iconic building in Rockefeller plaza.

She rose to fame after starring in the hit Netflix series Orange is the New Black and since then Ruby Rose has nabbed a number of movie roles.

Her latest film is John Wick 2 and the Australian actress was in NYC to promote it. She showed up to the Today Show dressed in moto leggings and a t-shirt which she layered under a flannel top and a camouflage jacket.
