If you like high end beauty samples then you'll love the new Sisley Paris monthly beauty subscription box service. I received an email letting me know about this service in the middle of September. I wasn't sure that I wanted to delve into it but I just couldn't ignore the price. The service cost $60 for six months or $100 for 12 months and after much consideration, I purchased the 12mo subscription... and i'm glad I did. I signed up around September 29th and to my surprise, I received Sept & Oct both in the mail at the same time around Oct 15th. Needless to say I was ecstatic. I decided to make a short 5 min video letting my viewers know about the box and I'm sharing it here with you also.

Fashion | Taupe and Olive Green Stirups
One of my favorite pants to wear in the fall/winter are my stirups from the '80s. I have several colors and I absolutely love them. The fabric is sort of like a shiny cotton that's somewhat stretchable. I think back in the 80's stir-ups didn't have that much lycra in them and weren't that stretchable. I have gained weight where I couldn't fit them but never gave them away to goodwill, I knew one day that I would get back down and be able to squeeze into them again.

Swatches | Chanel Le Tient Ultra Tenue Foundation | Video Demo
I was searching for a new foundation so I decided to research Youtube and see what I could find that was lightweight. I picked the Chanel Le Tient Ultra Tenue foundation in 121 Caramel because most video reviewers that I watched said it was very lightweight and soft on the skin. I don't like a full coverage or really thick foundation because it just slides off due to the fact that i'm in menopause and could break out in a sweat at any given moment! So I normally don't wear a lot of foundations because of that and also that I'm retired and have no reason to wear it daily. But I like how my skin looks in photographs when i'm doing fashion post so I thought it was worth the investment.

Fashion | Purple & Grey
Being retired... it's hard not to get up and put on a pair of leggings...... leggings are my life right now and I have plenty of them. I have to separate them from gym wear to casual wear because leggings meant to be worn in the gym has quite a bit of lycra for the stretch and pull. Even if I don't make it to the gym, I can turn my gym leggings into something a little fashionable by throwing on a pair of boots and a great top and go run errands. Living in CA it's quite the norm to wear legging everyday.

Beauty | My Holy Grail Skin Care Devices for Anti-Aging Skin
As many of you know the Sephora VIB sale is approaching quickly and I have two very important items that I feel are necessary and crucial to the maintenance of your skin for anti-aging purposes. The first one is the NuFace Trinity Device which I reviewed here and the second is the PMD Microderm Device which I have not reviewed yet. I have been using both for a year and have continued to see great results in my skin.

Fashion | Browns and Neutrals
I must say that I really like this shawl because it's so lightweight. It's made from very thin yawn and i'm not sure what the correct name for it is but I was inspired by the neutral colors. I must admit that the pants were wide leg pants and I made them into skinny legs. It's quite easy to turn wide leg pants into skinny leg pants and all you need is a sewing machine. I have a really great video on YouTube demo's how to achieve this effect and I will link the video below at the very bottom.
