Yusa is a Cuban singer and songwriter, born in the Buena Vista district of Havana, Cuba. Her music is recognised worldwide : in 2003, she was nominated at the prestigious BBC Radio 3 World Music Awards in two categories (Best Newcomer and Best of the Americas.)
Biography
Early life and education
Born in the Buena Vista district and brought up in the modern Alamar’s housing community of east Havana, Yusa’s childhood was cradled by music. She started studying guitar at the age of 6, at the Alejandro García Caturla elementary school. Then, attending the Amadeo Roldán Music Conservatory, she chose to concentrate on a particular type of Cuban guitar called the tres and started performing in Havana’s bars and clubs.
Career
Yusa is a multi-instrumentalist who is perfectly at ease playing guitar, bass, as well as keyboard or percussion instruments. Her music is defined as a young and thoroughly modern musical style echoing with funk, jazz, rap, and soul, but keeping its connections to its deep African and Caribbean heritage. Yusa is often considered by the field of music as a poet, singing bittersweet songs, and compared with great singers as Tracy Chapman.

Kōji Yusa
Kōji Yusa (遊佐 浩二, Yusa Kōji, born August 12, 1968) is a Japanese voice actor and singer, born and raised in Kyoto Prefecture. He is best known for his roles in Choja Raideen (as Raideen Owl), the Sonic series (as Shadow the Hedgehog), Bleach (as Gin Ichimaru), Battle Vixens (as Zuo Ci and Xu Huang), Majin Tantei Nōgami Neuro (as Eiji Sasazuka), Zettai Karen Children (as Kyōsuke Hyobu) and Kamen Rider Den-O (as Urataros). He won the Sinergy Award for Kamen Rider Den-O at the 2nd Seiyu Awards. He married voice actress, Kanako Mitsuhashi in 2007 and he announced on his radio program that they divorced in 2012.

Gin Ichimaru
Gin Ichimaru (市丸 ギン, Ichimaru Gin) is a fictional character in the anime and manga series Bleach created by Tite Kubo. He was the captain of the 3rd Division in the Gotei 13 until he betrays Soul Society, and after that becomes a commander in Sōsuke Aizen's arrancar army. Later on, his initial betrayal turns out to be a trick to get close to Aizen, and he attempts to kill him. His lieutenant was Izuru Kira.
Character outline
Gin's most prominent characteristic is his expression; with his slitted eyes and ever-present grin, his face looks like that of a fox. Ichigo derisively nicknames him "fox-face" in their first meeting because of this (in the English dub, he instead replies with a more generalized insult). He also has unusual silver hair, which has a purple tint to it in the anime; his name refers to his hair color, gin "silver". Gin rarely removes his smile or opens his eyes; his eyes open when he is significantly annoyed, angry or surprised. There are only a few times when he opens his eyes: once in a flashback when he and Aizen rescued Momo Hinamori, Izuru Kira, Renji Abarai, Shuhei Hisagi, and other students from hollows, during a battle with 10th Division Captain Tōshirō Hitsugaya, when he got slashed and then killed by Aizen Sosuke and a further two more times during his fight with Ichigo Kurosaki after releasing his bankai. His eyes are alternately portrayed in the anime as blood red because his eye color was not yet known. In episode 270, during the special feature at the end, and in episode 300-301, during fight with Ichigo Kurosaki, his eyes are shown as a pale blue color, which is the same as the color he had on the manga. In contrast, there are far more moments when he stops smiling, those usually being lesser degrees of annoyance, genuinely apologetic moments, or in deep contemplation over a sudden epiphany.

I recently made a month long trip out to the state of Bahia, Brazil in order to take some time away from work to perform some self service work with a portion of my trip being present at an Ayahuasca retreat.
I wanted to share some of my insights and learning points in which have assisted me in stepping up the inner game & take my abilities to the next level.
Coming over to this part of the world has accompanied my ability to cleanse - Detox & Rejuvenate - Our environment plays a vital role when directing our external circumstances.... and to thrive to your highest potential it helps a LOT when you take time to clear energetic blockages which may be stunting your progress and delivering unwanted limitations...
For the first nine days I was present and involved in multiple ayahuasca ceremonies & took part in a lot of group work wth other people wanting to accelerate & remove excess energetic baggage.
Accompanied by ayahuasca, the great group participants & the naturally mineralised foods.... I have also been flooding the system with potent superfoods...
Stress, dead foods, electronics & programming cause havoc to us and it can cause us to run through life on autopilot. Its always beneficial to step outside of yourself in order to refine your capabilities and work towards spiritual organisation - Reflecting in your external world.
Not everyone but many of us need vital nourishment in order to maximise creativity and provide a driving force to get the ball rolling in various avenues of life.
Clearing the garbage from the body, mind & brain (which reflects on other levels) can allow us to dig deeper into ourselves in order to over-stand the lessons of life and operate on a plate of clarity.

Mahamrityunjaya is a call for enlightenment and is a practice of purifying the karmas of the soul at deep levels. It is also said to be very beneficial for mental, emotional, and physical health. It is recommended that you listen to this mantra daily for 40 days. The translation for the mantra is below.
Tryambakam: Trya means three. Ambakam means eyes. It means the three eyes of the Absolute, which are the processes of creation, existence, and dissolution, as well as the other triads, which are part of AUM. The three "eyes" means experiencing these three stages and triads at one time, from the higher, all pervasive vantage point of the Absolute.
Yajamahe: We rejoice in meditation on all of this.
Sugandhim: Means fragrance. Like a spreading fragrance, all of this permeates the whole of existence, while at the same time being that existence
Pushtivardhanam: Means that which sustains and nourishes all. Thus, the fragrance that permeates all is the sustainer of all beings, while also the essence of all beings.
Urvarukamiva: Urva means big and powerful. Arukam means disease, like the spiritual diseases of ignorance and untruth, which are like the death of Wisdom or Truth.
Bandhanan: Means bound down, as in bound down to the ignorance and untruth.
Mrityor: Means ignorance and untruth.
Mukshiya: Means liberation from the cycles of physical, mental, and spiritual death.

I recently made a month long trip out to the state of Bahia, Brazil in order to take some time away from work to perform some self service work with a portion of my trip being present at an Ayahuasca retreat.
I wanted to share some of my insights and learning points in which have assisted me in stepping up the inner game & take my abilities to the next level.
Coming over to this part of the world has accompanied my ability to cleanse - Detox & Rejuvenate - Our environment plays a vital role when directing our external circumstances.... and to thrive to your highest potential it helps a LOT when you take time to clear energetic blockages which may be stunting your progress and delivering unwanted limitations...
For the first nine days I was present and involved in multiple ayahuasca ceremonies & took part in a lot of group work wth other people wanting to accelerate & remove excess energetic baggage.
Accompanied by ayahuasca, the great group participants & the naturally mineralised foods.... I have also been flooding the system with potent superfoods...
Stress, dead foods, electronics & programming cause havoc to us and it can cause us to run through life on autopilot. Its always beneficial to step outside of yourself in order to refine your capabilities and work towards spiritual organisation - Reflecting in your external world.
Not everyone but many of us need vital nourishment in order to maximise creativity and provide a driving force to get the ball rolling in various avenues of life.
Clearing the garbage from the body, mind & brain (which reflects on other levels) can allow us to dig deeper into ourselves in order to over-stand the lessons of life and operate on a plate of clarity.

Há pouco conheci o trabalho desse músico genial, através do projeto "Lenine incité". Trata-se de um concerto de música popular, de canção, realizado em Paris, 2004.
O percussionista, compositor e prudutor musical argentino Ramiro Musotto não era artista plástico, mas trabalhava minuciosamente com desenhos. Desenhos rítmicos.
A rigor, todos os percussionistas (quando digo percussionista me refiro ao baterista também) trabalham desenhando grooves, mas há artistas que fazem isso com mais esmero, mais capricho e obtêm um resultado cristalino e perfeito.
Musotto foi um artesão do groove, preferia o desenho amiudado das batidas quase lineares. Nenhuma pretensão de virtuosidade, apenas o passe perfeito para o gol do músico que o acompanhava. Há muita beleza nisso, há sensibilidade, bom gosto e noção geral de música.
Saudades de quem nunca conheci de fato, mas reconheço o legado do argentino para a cultura de meu país.
