Doting mum Hilaria Baldwin shares precious bonding time with one-year-old son Rafael during morning stroll in New York

She's a doting mother to three young children with her husband of five years Alec Baldwin. 

And Hilaria Baldwin was spotted enjoying some quality time with one-year-old son Rafael as she headed out for a morning stroll in New York City on Wednesday. 

The 33-year-old yoga instructor was wrapped up warm in a padded jacket and joggers as she lovingly cradled her middle child while walking her two pet pooches.

Hilaria completed her warm stylish ensemble with a pair of casual joggers, flats and printed scarf. 

The fitness lover's glossy brunette tresses sported subtle waves at the end and she opted for pair of cool shades. 

Rafael looked adorable in his grey beanie hat as he sat in his mother's carrier while taking in the Big Apple scenery. 

The beauty dedicated all her focus on her little boy as she kept him close and frequently planted a kiss on his head.

Hilaria also shares Carmen, three and Leonardo, six months, with actor Alec.

Earlier this month, he shared a sweet snap of his wife giving their three-year-old daughter Carmen a kiss which he captioned: 'Mi Vida,' which is Spanish for 'my life.'

Last week, Alec shared a photo of Hilaria and their three children; he wrote: 'My pack...'

The lovebirds married in June 2012 after dating for a year, before welcoming their daughter the following year. 

Alec also has one daughter Ireland, 21, from his previous marriage with Kim Basinger.

Meanwhile, Hilaria expanded on her workout regimen to the Chicago Sun-Times as she promoted her new fitness book, The Living Clearly Method.

'I don’t have the ability to do work out every day,' said she, noting: 'I used to be able to do it every day, but now I have three little babies.'

Occasionally, she says, time off from the exercise routine is necessary, inasmuch as 'Who hasn’t said: "I’m tired. I’m disconnected. I’m stressed out. I eat bad things and shop in bad ways?"' 

People have also quoted tracts of her book where she described how, during her time at New York University, 'a long simmering struggle with anorexia and bulimia' held the yoga instructor 'firmly in its grip' when she was training as a dancer.

Hilaria wrote: 'Without realising it, I started drifting away from the playful connection to movement I’d enjoyed as a young child and into a different and darker kind of dynamic: pushing my body to its limits and commanding it to perform through pain or fatigue.'

'By the time I was 20 years old, my 5-foot-3 frame was at least 20 lbs. under a healthy weight.

'My nails were brittle, my hair was falling out, my period was MIA, and my energy had tanked,' confides the brunette. 'I was miserable and desperate to feel better.'

As People summarised, what helped her 'feel better' was yoga, but once she turned the practise into a business venture, overwork loomed again. 

Hilaria's 'year of recovery' in 2009 - the result of her leg bone getting detached from her hip - became 'a year of waking up, in which I healed my two-decade-long eating struggle and began to treat myself right'.

She elaborated: 'I started to find pleasure in engaging fully with the whole process of eating, instead of checking out or avoiding it.'
