The Federal Government is waiting for an urgent report into black-outs in South Australia last night, which affected 40-thousand customers.

The state's Energy Minister, Tom Koutsantonis, is blaming the national market operator, for the lights going out last night, but the incident is another in a string of black-outs to hit the state.

His Federal counterpart, Josh Frydenberg, says he won't politicise the issue.
